Meet Blaire Siems! Blaire is the executive director of the Indian Hills Community College Foundation. Blaire has been interested in furthering resiliency in Wapello County since her days as the director of the United Way of Wapello County. Blaire is a co-chair of the Wapello County Childcare Coalition and works toward increasing affordable and safe childcare options in the community.
